Hi, I put up a post a bit ago on the stillwater updates about Kilnsey. I tried to give them a ring today but the No doesn't work. So just wondering if anyone knows if its open. Also any advice is gratefully received.

everything up and running, and plenty fish caught on buzzers and dries.

The Kilnsey website says they open at 9am.

yes i had a lesson their last friday, even i caught a trout. another fellow on the pond caught about 18 all day

Thats odd because I'm sure I saw someone fishing before 9am on a friday or saturday 2 weeks ago while driving past Kilnsey.

Odd indeed - when I spoke with the fishery earlier today, they said that fishing starts from 9 am.

Possibly you saw a member of staff on the lakes.
