Default Annan Info

I've heard good things about the Annan. I would like to know which are the best beats and where to pick up a day ticket.

Day permits are £5, grayling season permits £25 on the Upper Annandale Angling Association water.

Hi' All you lads in the Annan area. For a good many years, both before and after the Lockerbie disaster, my old pal and I were members of Upper Annandale AA, and at that time, although the Annan seemed to have the biggest grayling, the Kirtle seemed to have more. Also saw some very big chub in lower end of the Kirtle, near the junction, which used to be the bottom boundary. How are the stocks now, I wonder? Cheers TC
