Default R.Dee Maelor beats

Now that LLangollen Angling has merged with Maelor angling does anyone have any info on where the Maelor beats are?

I got the new map when I renewed my membership with Llangollen.

The old mealor beats are the same but just joined up with Llangollen I think so it gives members the benefts of fishing both.

If you get a ticket from the hardware store in Llangollen they will give a map showing the Maelor beats.

Are you getting two beats for the price of one
or have the ticket prices gone up?
Thanks

Prices have gone up.

Having joined and supplied with two basic maps showing the beats you have to guess where access to the beats are, particularly the Maelor section.

Has anyone got info on access?

Careful if you have fished maelor in the past as all the rules have changed without telling anyone first!

Winter trotting for grayling has been banned on 2 of the beats and on the 2 where it is allowed it is now worm only with maggot and sweetcorn banned.

Jonathan,

It has hardly changed for the worse then IMO, where has this been published because I have re-joined and there is nothing on the websites or in the paperwork I was sent

Cheers
