Hi does anyone know who controls the fishing on thr River Calder, between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge?

Todmorden Angling Society control some of it, as does Hebdon Bridge Angling Society.

Supposed to be good though have not fished the Calder myself. Have seen plenty of fish when I've been that way as I always have a look at the river.

Personally I'd head further down below where the hebden joins the calder. Its not so easy to get into above hebden.

A bit of everything. I've spotted both trout and grayling but there are also coarse fish.

There are grayling above brearly fields/mytholmroyd but the best of the grayling and trout fishing is down sowerby bridge/copley way. See the 'river calder' thread on the UK rivers section of this forum for more info.
