Does anyone know if there are any Grayling in the Cocker around Low Lorton?

No there aren't any in the Derwent drainage.

Hi', matt's right, no known history of grayling in west Cumbria. They reached the Eden system in 1880, may have been planted in the west, but not to my knowledge. Cheers. Jada.
PS Only relatively recent. and illegal, fish introduction has been the release of live baits into Derwentwater and 'Bass Lake'. That was the reason for planting
our most rare coregonid species, the vendace into safe havens. Have heard of chub up to 5lb be taken on the Derwent.
