I am up at Darwin Forest park (near Darley Moor) the week before Xmas.

Looking for some Grayling fishing in the area for a morning or afternoon session

Any advice on where to go or anyone keen to join me?

I make good company plenty of fly fishy stories from South Africa

The Dove ain't too far away and you can get a grayling DT from reception at the Izaak Walton Hotel (ring ahead to book though as they are strictly limited in number) The Izaak Walton Peak District Hotel | Dovedale, Ashbourne & Derbyshire

Any idea if the Grayling fishing on that stretch is any good?

I have walked up there many times with the family and have only seen small browns.

Look closer ;-)

Check out the LTDFFA thread in the rivers section... Go back a few pages and take a look at some of the grayling in there...

Then decide whether you're up to the challenge!
