Default Favorite Dry Fly for Grayling

Hi what is your favorite dry fly for grayling and in what sizes, mine is the simple Griffith's Gnat in sizes 14 to 20. No matter were I fish with the dry fly this seems to work.

My own version of a Sherry Spinner, it seems to bring fish up from nowhere, and if they are rising, they hit it every time.
Rust coloured body, tied on a red Mustad size 16, ginger hackle, wound around a black or pink post, para style.
Not pretty to look at, none of my tyings are, but for some reason the grayling love it.
Running low on red hooks, anyone know where to buy them?

Wouldn't disagree with any of the choices below as being effective, but for sheer power to drag them up even when they are being shy, Gwilym Hughes' Cul de Canon Mk2 is absolutely peerless in my experience.

What a shame Bruce, great colour, could you drill some holes in them for me?
Haven't used a spade end hook for 35years.

You could whip the leader on then tie the fly over it

I agree with that, I tried one of your Sherry Spinners for the first time a couple of weeks ago-fish can not resist . It is a mighty fly Steven.

Think my local Orvis shop has red hooks, I'm going in later I'll have a look and let you know.

Chris.
