Default buzzer fishing

Started a bit of tying wee skinny buzzers black , question is can these be effective this time of year for bows ? Doing these as simple and try get used to a few things like whip finish before I move on .

Very effective, i'm still fishing buzzers on one of my local fisheries, 8 last week, 5 on friday, it's only around 12foot deep, so still using a floating line, they'll fish all year round IMHO, as and when it gets colder, and fish tend to go deeper, you will most likely want to switch from floating line, to at least sink-tip/intermediate/sinker.

Have a look at buzzers

ChrisDickey shows a buzzer chart (month to month) sort of, on this thread, which i believe is sound info, and should help you.
