Both decent lines Mushy, my preference is the 444 peach.

Somebody's going to say it sooner or later, it might as well be me: try the Barrio lines. I practically fish only rivers and I'm a big fan of the Cortland lines, and currently still have spooled the 444 Classic in peach, 444 Sylk and 444SL in mint green, all DT.

Lately though, I've been using the Barrio DT floaters in olive-green, and have been mightily impressed -- super limp, floats high and casts out straight as an arrow. The Cortland lines obviously have been tried and proven, and they're consistently good, but do cost twice as much as the Barrio.

Have to say that I'm now a complete convert to the Snowbee XS. Lovely line.

I have the Snowbee XS, the Cortland Peach and the Sylk. My favourite for dry fly is the Sylk - but I couldn't say why as they are all three good lines - although I think the Sylk has slightly better presentation for dry than the peach in my hands anyway.
Any other purposes I use the Pirate!

Default Windcutter 2 or Rio Gold

The Windcutter 2 and rio gold are excellent. If you need a line for dry fly the Windcutter is hard to beat it uses a line weight lighter tip so if you are using a WF5, the tip is a WF4 which is ideal for dry fly presentation. The Gold has a progressive back taper allowing you to turn over larger dries and nymphs, also gives good presentation.
tight lines

Default Guideline 4 Cast

Also meant to mention the Guideline 4 cast. This is a similar profile to the Windcutter, and a bit cheaper. Stick to WFs if you can easier to cast. Tight lines
