Default Furled leaders

This was stolen from Mike Barrio's Fish the Fly forum, but I think is too good not to share.
I have tried with some 8lb line and it works

That is commonly known on some swff sites as a Singapore leader. I've been tying them for about a year now and they work quite well and are quick and easy to tie. I,m now going to make some out of very fine braided line for dry fly leaders and I'll let you know how I go.

Cheers, Dave.

The Youtube vid I posted is commonly known by us SWFFers as a Singaporean leader. A proper furled leader is made on a jig and usually made out of tying thread. I posted the this vid because up to now I have been making Singaporeans using the four finger/two handed method, which is fiddly and gets more fiddly the the longer the leader. I think this method makes the job so much simpler.
Cheers Dave

It looks much simpler than the usual method. I'm certainly going to give it a try. Any method that makes things easier is useful.

Cheers, dave.
