Default Problem with Hardy Sirrus Reel

Hi all
I have a Hardy Sirrus Reel 5/6 matched with a Winston WT #5 and after i had used it approximately 20 times its screws of the reel seat started to loosen.I managed to fix it but i am not sure if it's going to happen again in the future.Did anyone of you have any similar experience? My opinion is that the reel seat with the screws system is off-handedly made.Should i replace it with a new reel ?

Thanx in advance paj2ala
