Hello, I look at these rods at discount prices and really like them but I havenīt anywhere to try them. Are they still "actual", I mean if they can compare to other euro nymph rods? I also like the greys streamflex xf2 (the plus variant is also very interesting). Please write some feedback on these rods. Thank you very much.

The Marksman river rods are excellent especially now you can get them at half price. The problem is that everyones taste is different.

I want for example know, what is the cork quality on the hardy marksman rods? Its maybe silly but its quite important for me, because all rods until now I had have a poor quality of cork. The look of the rod looks very good. I want the rod for french nymphing, sometimes dries and very small streamers.

And I wonder how does the warranty by hardy works? If anybody has some experience with that please let know.
