Which pike rod you can recommend?

Austrian Outdoor Sports - Fliegenfischen has the older version of the pike booster which is a 9' iirc. and is cheaper than the new version. Ive dealt with them before, helpful if a little teutonic.

I have a Bromanodell which I got off the english distributors via ebay cheaper and is a fairly decent rod - camo sock and case, not really my thing.

What you think about this set?

What have you got already? I use an ordinary reservoir rod either #10 or a #8 of 9ft 6in. There is no need for anything special if you have something along these lines already.

I like loop rods, they have a well considered action and their reels are very well engineered. I only got the bromanodell because it was going cheap, and a day later I get a mail saying the loop's are on sale.
