Default Loop to loop method

Hi all

I've heard many people say that there is a problem tying flourocarbon to nylon, has anyone used the loop to loop method for hook link/tippet to leader?

I use it all the time - Tapered nylon leader L to L'd to a tippet of Riverge.

Works well for me.
