Default Stanley fat max cantilever toolbox trolley

I was thinking about getting one of these for boat fishing in order to save wear on my knees when carting stuff to the boat. I would be interested if any one has any experience of using one

I have seen those at Rutland and they are not really big enough for my requirements- by the way the boats at Rutland and Grafham are fairly stable so I wasn't too worried about the thing falling over especially when in the unlocked mode

Why not get a Shakespeare team box and a lightweight sack trolley
? Cheaper than the Fat Max and more versatile - ie you can use the box on its own when bank fishing (with not so much tackle in it)

I agree. And they make good seats when bank fishing when enjoying a tea-break (you can even get a backrest for them)

all the best Nick

I nearly bought myself one of these for course fishing, but just a bit too big to keep permanently in the car. I liked the way it had straps that let you carry it like a ruck sack. Like of pockets for storing bits and bats:
