I have seen the product research for this as i work closely with columbia in the winter sector.

Their Omni-Heat foil technology has been in there winter sports jackets for years and it really is a best seller, especially if you suffer from the cold. It seriously is an innovative design and integration of this system.

In my opinion, the omni foil is enough........ but for our pals in BC, Northern Europe etc etc, i can see how this can be very useful.

Maybe put in on santa's list for next year!!!!

I used to have a bike leather made by Fieldsheer years ago that had a layer of foil incorporated into it.No good for fishing but great on the bike in winter.
