Anyone have any dealings with these guys?

I bought a reel from them and need it repaired, as it seems to overrun now, although i dont have a line on it.

ie, one touch of the finger and the spool spins clockwise like nobodys business.

Even if i hold the reel in my hand and move mt hand fast, the spool moves around, so would like to get this addressed.

Contact numbers or opinions appreciated, will try to get them via Google anyway...
