Default Any info please-bob church rod

Hi new on here so please be gentle,just took up fly fishing after a 28yr break and have aquired a bob church allrounder 10.5ft it looks like line rating 6-10# all guides are lined and not snakes in mint condition could anybody tell me wether these were any good-or bad comments would be appreciated,thanks.

A bit heavy and sloppy.You'll have to do a bit of work to find out what line suits it best, but I'd start with a WF8.Buy mill end lines till you find out to save you money.

Thanks thats exactly what i bought WF8 mill end but have not tried it yet, only paid a tenner for the rod but it dosent seem sloppy at all although may do when i cast with it.

If i dont like it ill sell it on as i have some other decentish rods will prob end up with a couple of sk4 or wychwoods they sound pretty decent from reading on here.I only bought it cos i seemed cheap for a tenner.
