Artisan - a skilled manual worker. Can't see many of them paying that sort of money for a rod

wow daylight robbery springs to mind does anyone actually pay these prices for rods anymore

i don't care how much you can bend a rod, or if you can make a coiled spring out it, that is just mad money........fools and their money....

I think there will always be people who can and will pay for somthing hand made in England and I dont grudge them that if they have worked for it - Its not me but I dont blame Hardys for offering made in england Product - they have plenty of stuff at my much lower price range as well and As iv have said before it's a buyers market and I buy what I fancy ... If I can afford it !
Its no diffferent from a Top end shotgun - I could pay my mortgage with what some spend on those !!!

Anyone who pays for this is telling Hardy it is okay to lay off the British staff and keep the foreign workers in a job producing a British product.

I certainly won't feel so guilty about giving just over £420 for a US purchased Winston any more.
