Have dealt with this shop in person and online and never had a problem but have always experienced swift and courteous service. In fact have just placed another order and I expect this experience to be no different.

Something is not right about that comment as I have used them before and found them great .
Also any reviews or comments about this retailer I have seen have always been positive .

I think an explanation is in order as that comment it not full enough .

I've dealt with Nick quite a few times, and bought a couple of rods off of him.
I found that he will always try to get you a good deal.

Plus you can try rods before you buy.

Good person to deal with......

Extremely disappointed - they reneged on a deal.

Cock up with an order and some subsequent miscommunication but dispute now resolved.
