I got this idea after a thing that happened yesterday. Let`s make a topic about unusual etc. methods of poaching we came across on small streams.
Yesterday i went for a walk along my favorite small stream. Well you can meet a poacher now and then etc., but finding this hidden by the stream was not something that i would expect on a water of that size.
At first i was not sure if this net (which was originally intended for something else, at least so i guess due to the way it is made) was used for poaching, but the fatc that it was hidden by the stream and that it smelled of fish.....i called our club manager and he came with another angler. Yup the net smelled of fish allright. Openings are a bit big, but definetly not too big for big chubs spawning at the time and some big grayling might get cought there as well. Its size (approx. the opening of a soccer goal) was more than enough to make a barrier across a stream.
