Default Small stream fishing at it's best

Stumbled across this video on youtube as I love watching footage like this, thought i'd post it on here to share it with you all. Think that it fits in very well this sub forum.

Hi Ben, thanks for sharing the video, great stuff. Those bits of water look great, not too many trees to catch up on either!
Same language the world over when losing fish!

Loved the video! Beautiful area that guy was fishing in, Fantastic! Hated the back-ground music though, I prefer to hear the water noise; music was too loud, I know! Turn the sound off. I did, great vid, otherwise!

Thanks for posting!

Default Driftless region

This area of Wisconsin was not covered by glaciers, and retains a hilly nature. Lots of spring creeks, with brookies and brown trout, plus some excellent hunting for grouse. It rivals Scotland in terms of natural beauty.

You could combine it with a little muskie fishing in the central part of the state, and finish your trip fishing the fall runs of salmon and brown trout from Lake Michigan.

I wish so too, I remember reading an article a few years ago in T&S about brook trout being introduced in quite a few lochs in Scotland, think it was a John Beer article. Anyone have any information about Brook Trout being established anywhere?

I'm still haunted by a good brown I lost on the Frome last April

That's fishing though! If it was a certainty, it wouldn't be any fun
