Thanks for your replies, the rod is a 8ft3 5wt dark flamed with blond inlays on the swelled butt , fast action to deal with windier days, mostyn your right in saying that its a TH build to my specs on the finnish, just cant wait to try out

You'll love that cork handle! Mine has a lovely feel to it. Tim puts a lot of himself in to the rods he creates; and they're very special to fish with.

your right mostyn i was going to change the shape at first but decided against it as it his sort off own design, plus the first one he built for me 8ft3 4wt had the same shape and fits my hand well, just a few more days to go to get it out and hopefully christen it, thanks B.
