I have just had a look on one of the bookstores on line i am looking for the above authors book on sea trout i have been told that i must read it,Which one do i need to read by that i mean which year of print do i need some are very pricey.thank you

The paperback version will be fine. Amazon for not much or fleabay. No need to spend loadsa dosh-the later versions had some updates. Get a paper one.

get the latest edition you can get ,thats for the info side , some of the first editions are exceeding expensive and the little grey book the seatrout is going for mad money !

Think you can now get a paperback edition ,all the knowlege is there.
Use the book as a framework to work around ,what worked for the falk ,may not be best for you ,but he knew his fish and his river,and was very kind to me .
