Default Sea Trout from Deben, Orwell or Stour

Evening all,

Does anyone know of any reasonable Sea Trout fishing from the Suffolk rivers the Deben, Orwell or Stour. I've heard of fish coming out near Wilford Bridge in Woodbridge but mainly to Sea Anglers catching them by accident. Also what time of year do the fresh fish run these rivers. (When I say reasonable I mean fly fishing as opposed to lureing them out by baits of any description).

Regards and tight lines

Tom
