I'm new to the U.K. Can anyone recommend a guide for sea trout in SE England?

Hi Alex, welcome to the UK.

There isn't any significant seatrout fishing in the Southeast but if your'e thinking more of the Southern rivers (Hampshire, Dorset) these people may be worth contacting:

As above, but the nearest to you other than above would be South Wales or Devon.
