Default Sea Trout or not?

All right folks

I caught this trout on a Yorkshire river where I catch a lot of brownies which are traditional looking in respect of the fact they are an oaky colour with black and red spots a similar size and marking to those of the fish above yet this one is a silvery with black spots.

Please could anyone tell me whether this fish is in fact a Sea Trout and not a brown trout please?

Cheers

This thread has just reminded me to ask the same question (sorry for jumping in and hijacking your thread Rich!) Can I have your opinion on the photo below, also caught on a well known Yorkshire River..... a very silvery looking trout of some sort!

Many Thanks
