River Rother - Sea Trout

Hi, I am preparing my case for a spring sea trout jaunt on the lower/tidal Rother...can anybody point me in the right direction ?

I read somewhere there was a useful article in T&S in July 2007 about sea trout fishing on the Rother ? Has anybody got a spare copy pls
