Is there anything I should know?

Do fish go back in? Is there anything I shouldn't take? If someone else is fishing do I leave, give them a wide berth? And how wide?

Hmmm....etiquette....

If someone else is fishing the spot then don't crowd them and don't make a load of noise. General good manners really. If you find a good spot, keep it to yourself. Don't mention it to all and sundry as you'll soon see the mark cleaned out of decent fish ( a couple of anglers start catching...next comes the chinese with their bucket of doom or the local commercials ). Seen it happen at a couple of spots in the area you plan visiting.

As for fish going back, there's no problem with keeping something for the table, but make yourself aware of the minimum landing size. Remember that for Bass the current mls is still 36cm in most areas, but they don't spawn until they are 42cm.
