Has anyone tried fly fishing in the salt on the yorkshire coast between brid and spurn point? I fancy giving it a bash but not sure if the constant sand sediment will make it a no go

I have done a bit of salt water fly fishing but mainly a little north of you. There is one spot in the area you mean I always fancied thats around the Point Barmston drain enters the sea. There are loads of sea trout up the coast and the fresh water running out of the drain will attract them . There are plenty of records of Sea trout entering the drain...

Also the bass fishing should be good on most of the beaches around features like channels rock edges or anywhere theres baitfish .
