Default Isles Of Scilly

Has anyone had any experience on SWFF on the Isles of Scilly?

Complete novice away from the rivers so any help and advice much appreciated.

Thanks
Neil

If you are shore based then the best options are pollack and mullet.

Ive caught plenty of pollock from the rocks round St Marys and Tresco. The beaches are renowned for mullet.

A med/fast sinking line and a clouser should do the job for the pollack and mackeral.

If you can get on a boat then mackerel and pollock will be the obvious targets.

Remember that there are NO bass there.......

Hope this helps.

Doesnt make any sense to me either!

Slightly embarassing when I went into the Penzance tackle shop and asked about bass fishing in The Scillies!!

Thanks fellas. I`m thinking around Camel rock or under the lighthouse at Penninis might be a good place to start.
