Hi

Just a short enquiry for anyone who has recommendations about areas to try for someone who is visiting North Devon for the first time next week and taking his fly rod with him. Hartland Peninsula perhaps?

Probably fishing from the shore unless anyone recommends boats that aren't too pricey!

I'm North Devon, ans have just started SWFF this season, limited sucess at the moment!
I fish in & around the Taw / Torridge estuary.
You'll find plenty of good coastline out and around Hartland & I've had bass a bit further south of there on a couple of the beaches.
There's plenty of mullet in the estuary, but so far i'm managing to frustrate myself quite well with the bass without having to resort to them as yet!
