Today's the day for Florida bonefish. I found this article about it a few weeks ago and see that they're now catch and release only! Bonefish Declared Catch & Release Only

My impression was that killing bonefish was pretty much a capital offence in Florida anyway! I did (once) eat bonefish in Cuba (no fault on my part, I hasten to add) and would not recommend it to anyone. I imagine the legislation is mostly aimed at competition anglers, and to that extent must be a good thing.

Is a capital offence for swff enthusiasts all over the world!
Why kill what you aint gonna (or cant) eat!?
unless of course you are a cuban farmer feeding the pigs!
