Had a look today looks promising. Wondering if...

1.your able to fish it?
2.if it's been fished before?
3.what species if any I'm likely to catch?
4.what equipment/tackle is required?

I have seen people fishing N.Queensferry a few times as there is a pier that goes right down, gets covered in high tide though. I have only seen bait fishers, not seen any catches.

Haven't fished it myself but have been making a few tentative steps on the other side of the Forth when I get a few hours after work!

No joy yet, but does seem to be plenty of saithe about, there are certainly mackerel about but it'll be pot luck whether they come into shore range. Also seen wrasse mooching about the kelp at low tide off the rock marks.

I've using a 9wt matched with an Airflo coldwater saltwater floating and sinking lines, seems to cope with the wind!

Others should be able advise better with tackle though!
