St. Croix Reign saltwater rod.

Does anyone know anything about these rods? Going to give the bass around my local north Norfolk coast a try on the fly this summer. These are on flea-bay for around a £100 at the moment. Grateful for any info. (about bass on the Norfolk coast too!).
