Check out

http://www.fishannan.co.uk/

Weekly catch reports, beat day ticket rates with rod(s) availability plus book on line.

Good luck.

I've heard Shila Hill or Hoddom (Newbie is full)

Want expert advice? Speak to Roger Pascoe at http://www.solwaysportingbreaks.co.uk/ (phone 01461 700333) - excellent B&B if you need it and very reasonably priced.

Good luck

if I were travelling from England I wouldnt pass the Border Esk on my way to the Annan without giving it a chuck

the Annan is not a particulary good fly water compared with the Esk

That would be brilliant Underwood. What beat you on? Were fishing Annandale Estates. Tight lines.

hello, just returned from Hoddom Beat, had a great time but no fish. Monday 3 came out (2 from Dues Pool). Tuesday there were 2 I think and Wednesday not sure as we left early without going back to the lodge. River was High and well over the spinning mark. Probably sods law that it's a perfect hight the day was left.!¬!
