Well you may be hard pressed to get excellent trout fishing and excellent salmon fishing as close together as the Dee and the Don. The Don for the troots.

Only place to be for both in early June.
Next best would be Tummel at Pitlochry.

Would what work. the Tummel is stuffed with cracking brownies /grayling.and get's a really good run of Salmon that is now beginning to extend into july,with a good run of Grilse.

Pitlochry has hundreds of hotels/ BB's,caravan parks, the whole place is geared up for tourists.and the tackle shop will get you fishing,though it would be wise to book the Salmon fishing .
