This bird flew over me while salmon fishing recently. Any ideas to what it is? (Latin name please)

Osprey or buzzard.

We have a white buzzard down near us.

Looks to me like an Osprey.Nearly time for them to be leaving for this year,Ours will be flying end of this month till next march,when they will return ,all being well.

I'm pretty sure it is not an Osprey. Latin name required please.

Looks like a Osprey to me,Pandion Haliaetus ( great thing google ) no clue about the river
