Default salmon rod on a budget

hi all!!

i know ive asked a lot in the past couple of weeks..

im looking for a salmon rod around 13-14 foot. and at a 10# it will be my first salmon rod and will be using on the dovey and wye hopefully. although i am planning on a trip to the tweed next year.
im on a budget of around £70-100 if any one can recommend a good one i would be grateful. seen some of the flextec spaycaster but after my experience with one of their trout rods im dubious
or should i wait till all the end of season sales kick in??
cheers

Depending on your level of casting experience, I would say this one will do the trick and a steal at this offer price: Shakespeare Special Offer 14' Oracle IV Salmon Fly Rods › Shakespeare › Page 1
