River spey next week!!!!!

Hi all,
i am away to fish the spey next week at the grantown assosation water and would appreciate any advice on what flys, tactics are catching fish at the moment as i have been on the assosations website and the catch returns are good but under method caught it just says "fly" and not what fly so any help would be greatky appreciated as i have never caught a salmon on the spey despite fishing it 1 week a year for the last 2 years and would really like to show something for my weeks fishing!!!!!!!!!!!
