Default Bywell Beat, River Tyne

Fished this beat for the first time with some of the ladies from Ladies Fishing in the North East UK

What a fantastic beat. Although water conditions werent great, there was plenty of fish showing and the two gillies Chris Richardson and Gary (sorry forgot your last name Gary!!!) couldnt do enough to help

Bywell is now classed as the most productive beat on the Tyne and we only paid £60 for the day at this time of the year. Well worth the money and I can thoroughly recommend it

I didnt land any fish (hooked and lost one), plenty showing, but it was a fabulous day in some great company

Some pics are on our Facebook page. Not many as we were to busy fishing!!
