Close Mostyn. It's Owen Caudle. He used to be part of the Caudle and Rivaz business in the early eighties. Caudle and Rivaz ceased trading in the 90s some time. Owen worked for many years as teacher and at the rod making and rod building supplies. It was Owen who showed me my first carbon fibre fly blank in 1980. The last I heard was that Owen's son Julian Caudle took over the rodmaking. I'm not sure if they are still in business though.

Is he still active in rodmaking Mostyn? If you are still around Owen and read this. Hi from David my old friend.
