Default Best blank for sea trout?

Hi I'm planning on building a Sea trout specific rod. Ideally on a British blank. A 10ft #7 one to be precise. Fast (ish) action but not too stiff that it'll pull hooks out.
Ones I've come across Harrisons LORHIC or the Bruce and Walker Powerlites. Any views on users of these blanks/rods built on these blanks would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

To be honest I dont think you will go wrong with any of those.

Very true .... I landed a 12lb salmon one evening whilst sea trout fishing on a rod built on one of his excellent blanks.

I don't get any problems with Harrison Blanks .

Although delivery can be slow at times when they are seriously busy - worth waiting for !

Best wishes

If its a British blank you want go with the Harrison. I have a 9'6" 7wt for sale if interested. Check my site.

Cheers

Hi Steve (zenith') I'm glad you endorse thed Lorhics as I have just bought and received one. But thanks for the offer. Nice website and rod builds you have there.

Guys, I haven't forgotten David N. They're a bit rich for me to be doing all my rod building projects, but I will definitely be owning one at some point.

Once components have been collected, (under the radar of the Lovely Kay I'm afraid too much at the same time might require justification, and I don't want her to worry her pretty head about such things ) I'll keep you guys posted.

Sorry David N....can't believe I forgot to mention your blanks when I talked about British blanks.

If people are after a truly premium British blank then I personally believe that David's EV range is unbeatable. I'm not 'pushing' Davids business....just telling it how I see it.
