Default Light weight non glare rings

I have an old Sage 9' 6" 3 piece SP rod that I have removed the rings from and stripped off the green colour coat because I want as close to a matt finish as possible.

To achieve this and improve the action I want to fit very light weight black or non glare rings and my problem is I don't where to go to get the said rings.

I want single leg, not snakes, any help or advice would be welcomed, thanks Paul

I wouldn't worry about rodring flash, but anyway, if you're feeling flush
