Default Sage Z axis lined foot guide?

I've just bought a second hand Sage Z axis 9ft #4 and have noticed two tiny cracks within the (ceramic?) lining of the foot guide. One of them is slightly raised and creates quite a sharp edge. It's very slight, but I'm concious that it may damage the fly line over time.

Can anyone advise on whether/how this can be repaired? Can the guide lining be replaced or will the whole eye will need to be replaced?

Many thanks for your help.

Replace the whole ring. If DIY ask sage which ring and thread to use and whether CP or not. Otherwise I think Foxons are UK sage repair agent and should be able to match everything up, although any of the pro builders on site could do likewise

Renee at Foxons will do an excellent job: she replaced the stripping guide on my TCX last year and it's impossible to tell it's been repaired. If Foxons do it doesn't invalidate any warranty you might have either
