Can anyone help me

I placed an order over a month ago - paid immediately with paypal and have heard nothing despite emailing and even tried phoning but the number is never answered - only heard good things about Scott albiet a little slow on the orders but now I am a little worried. Can anyone help. I dont need someone vouching that he is a great guy but at the end of the day he is running a business and has failed to deliver. A number would be appreciated or an email from Scott explaining what is going on.

I am fair and all it would take is an email if he is having problems - if you are shut down the web site or get someone to look after the business. Either way no contact is unacceptable.
