rod builder; kent

I'm sorry, I may well have posted this on a wrong area but not sure where.
I wonderecwhether there were any rod builders in the Kent area members would recommend.
I'm thinking of importing a 12wt blank and woud like the rod made up with a fighting grip.
Any help gratefully received!
