Kindly donated by Lord Andrew Wren of Highbury. Half a dozen of his finest deceptive danica. They look good enough to eat:

These will be dressed over the Cristmas holidays ,I will use the amazing pre war hardy up eyed hooks and will debarb unless requested other wise ,these hooks came when Stewart Canham was closing down the benwoods store on Church st just of Edgeware road .
BTW these mays have worked for me on Test ,Itchen,Avon,Monnow and Usk.
Also work in the states for coffin flys or some similar thing ,sent some of on a fly swap to Smallstreams a long time ago and the guy wanted dozens !

Well I must say Andy They are The best Mayflies I have ever seen , they are great they realy are and I will use them , I only like and use flies with Natural colours, they have made a Great day even Greater.

Glad you like them and its made your day ,just re read the initial offer and realise you have been shortchanged ,will stop dressing grafham killer shrimps and lash up a few more ,might arrive with you for the start of the hatches though Oakham Orange is reporting hatches rumoured over in Ireland
