i believe genuine oakley polarized lenses are supposed to have polarized wrote in the corner of one of the lens glass

i have a pair of oakley polarized glasses and yes they do have this written on the lens. dont know if this applies to all oakley's.

This only applies to Oakleys that have polarised lenses. Not all oakleys are polarised. These are not polarised however the price is really to do with the titanium frame.

If you look more closely at the opening post it does state that these are quite SIMILAR. Of the current oakley range the link I posted show the only current glasses with a titanium frame. These lenses are good for spotting fish, just because they are not polsarised does not mean they cannot spot fish.

These where bought from TISO last year for £150. As I have already said the high price comes from the the titanium frame.

Where do you get off coming on to somesones for sale thread and asking ignorant questions? I have sold quite a few things on here at silly prices with no problems whatsoever.

As an aside, if anyone wanted these shades in a polarised version, just buy them and send them back to oakley. They'll change the lenses for a few quid: they have a typically American customer service - in a word superb.
