I have the opportunity to lease a lovely stretch of river in the gorgeous Otter valley, but need to form a syndicate to help with the finances. (I'm poor!) I have good local knowledge, so am aware this is an up and coming stretch with salmon/sea trout possibilities thanks to a new fish ladder. It can only get better!

The fishing will easily stand occasional visits from about 10 anglers, so I'm offering 3 years fishing for just £600.00 per rod. If it interests you, send me your email and I will forward details.
